2. Service description

EuropaPulse is a personal development platform focused on personal growth, mindset development, productivity, leadership, confidence, discipline, habits, and financial awareness. The Service provides educational content, program outlines, structured learning paths, and practical tools intended to support long term self improvement.

EuropaPulse does not provide medical, psychological, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Content is educational and general in nature. Any outcomes depend on your effort, context, and consistency. “Success is created through consistency” is a guiding principle, not a guarantee of results.

We may update or change the Service over time, including adding, removing, or modifying features. We do not promise that any specific feature will always be available or that content will remain unchanged.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service in any way that could harm EuropaPulse, other users, or third parties. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the content you access.

• Use the Service only for personal and lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when you contact us or subscribe to communications.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access methods and do not share them with others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Where accounts are available, keep one account per person and do not impersonate others.

4. Intellectual property

The Service and all associated materials are owned by EuropaPulse or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, text, articles, program structures, design elements, logos, trademarks, visual styling, and the underlying software and code.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EuropaPulse grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Service except as permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

You may not use our brand assets (including the EuropaPulse name and logo) without prior written permission, except for describing the Service in a factual manner.

5. Prohibited activities

To protect users and maintain a trustworthy experience, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content or user information using automated tools without express permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of any part of the Service.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious code, or any content designed to disrupt or damage systems.
• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or using the Service for deceptive marketing practices.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation of any person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or related systems.
• Posting or distributing content that infringes third party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuropaPulse disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances. “Become the best version of yourself” is a motivational statement and does not create any warranty or guarantee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuropaPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuropaPulse’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to EuropaPulse for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EuropaPulse and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party rights.

9. Third party links

The Service may reference tools, platforms, or resources operated by third parties. We do not control those third party websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices. Your use of third party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including cookies and advertising technologies. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and by using the Service you agree to the data practices described there.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

12. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days. You can reach us using the contact details in Section 15. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts specified in Section 11.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for EuropaPulse or other users, or used the Service unlawfully. Termination may occur with or without notice, depending on the circumstances.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Prohibited Activities, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Unless a change must take effect immediately for legal reasons, changes will become effective fourteen (14) days after posting.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
